When it comes to the visibility of braces, we have several options available: mini-stainless steel, ceramic, and the Invisalign® system.

The most common brackets are our mini-stainless steel.  They are a silver-metallic color but if patients prefer they can choose colorful ties to be placed on the brackets.  When you come in to visit, you can color coordinate your own personal smile from the options below. For those patients who want a less noticeable smile while wearing braces, we offer our ceramic brackets.  They are a little bit bulkier and more expensive than the mini-stainless steel but more discreet.

If you are dreaming of a fabulous smile without having to wear braces, you will be happy to learn that Dr. Becker is Invisalign® certified.  Invisalign® consists of sets of clear, removable aligners that gradually move teeth until the desired results are achieved.  Invisalign® is effective for tooth alignment in both teens and adults.
