Potato Casserole Debra J.
Serves 8-10
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes 2 c. sour cream 2 c, grated cheddar cheese salt 1/4 c. finely chopped onion pepper 1 can cream of chicken soup cornflakes
Defrost potatoes and combine all ingredients, except the cornflakes. Place in a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with corn flakes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
